Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, particularly youth, and establish trust and rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and inform personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans aiming for optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on progress and adjustment of treatment approaches as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and align with best practices.
\n
• Adopt a growth mindset, embracing opportunities to improve therapeutic skills and client interaction strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets youth and young adult populations, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in psychological theories and practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is mandatory.

• Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in applicable clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, supported by demonstrated assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Proficient in using computer software and tools with basic keyboarding skills to manage client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
