Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Restoring Minds Behavioral Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to review their progress, stability, and future appointments, and facilitating discharges when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to specific client needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity and clarity in treatment.

• Conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic tools and methodologies.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and foster professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering individual and group therapy.

• Proficiency in using computers and basic experience with electronic health records.
