Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations for clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n
