Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ specific issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, ensuring all interventions are informed by thorough clinical knowledge.

• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 available.
