Work Environment\n

This position allows for full-time remote work, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still being an integral part of our outpatient treatment team. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients' backgrounds and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with tailored interventions that address the unique challenges each client faces.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with care teams, clients, and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, including those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will include developing relationships of trust, allowing clients to feel safe and understood during their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on telehealth services.

• Proficient skills in using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools to enhance client engagement and streamline workflows.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, vital for maintaining client relationships and managing documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with digital therapeutic tools and familiarity with various treatment modalities would be beneficial. A background in collaborative case management and crisis intervention is also encouraged, as it will enhance the level of care provided to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
