Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations to identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that include measurable goals, tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Regularly monitor client progress through telehealth sessions, providing timely adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Engage in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, caseworkers, and other mental health professionals.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space for them to express their thoughts and feelings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use disorders. Our telehealth approach allows you to reached underserved populations who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services. Your role will directly contribute to improving mental health outcomes and reducing barriers to care for these individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Currently active LPCC license in California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• Proficiency in telehealth modalities and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients in a compassionate manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
