Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients, employing diagnostic tools and interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and workload. We offer unlimited client referrals, and the administrative burden of billing and paperwork is handled on your behalf, allowing you to focus on providing quality care. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
