• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients' mental health goals.

• Facilitate optional group, couples, or family therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and healing within relationships.

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and other professionals to address the holistic needs of each patient.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Emotional Restoration Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing attention difficulties, executive functioning issues, traumatic experiences, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will employ a client-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe space for clients to heal and grow. Engaging closely with your clients will allow you to tailor your therapeutic techniques to best suit their unique situations.

• A completed Master’s degree in counseling or a related field recognized by the state of Oregon.

• An active Oregon LPC license with at least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with health psychology practices and methodologies is essential.
