Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting with a commitment to outpatient services. While much of your work will be conducted virtually, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in our outpatient office when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Consistently adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in the provision of mental health services.

• Maintain a structured work schedule, aligned with directives from your direct supervisor.

• Utilize electronic medical records to track, document, and assess client progress toward treatment goals while adapting the social work plan as necessary.

• Participate actively in all required meetings and trainings to enhance team communication and service delivery.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date certifications, including a valid Oregon driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with clients, encouraging their participation in the therapeutic process and addressing any financial or social needs that arise.

• Manage a substantial caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and utilizing time management strategies to maintain high-quality service delivery.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement as required by licensing bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily cater to youth, ages approximately 12 to 24, who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a therapist, you will engage with clients and their families, ensuring that tailored therapeutic solutions are provided that recognize cultural diversity and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent professional license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Proficient organizational skills with proven time management capabilities.
\n
• Ability to maintain a compassionate demeanor while managing a diverse caseload.

• Prior experience working with youth and families in a counseling or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
