Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional counseling services via telehealth, assisting clients in navigating their mental health challenges using therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct initial assessments, intake appointments, and ongoing follow-up sessions to monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that foster a supportive atmosphere while promoting client safety, dignity, and respect for confidentiality.

• Implement treatment plans that address mental health disorders, trauma responses, and dual diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve comprise a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated professional experience with at least 2 years in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Proficient with technology, including the ability to operate a reliable laptop/desktop, internet connection, and web camera for virtual sessions.

• Strong independent work ethic, capable of managing time effectively and demonstrating self-motivation.

• Completion of a background check will be required prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or with outpatient counseling services is preferred but not mandatory.
