You will primarily operate within an outpatient setting, engaging with clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Document ongoing treatment processes, including further diagnosis, treatment plan updates, and detailed case notes, in adherence with company policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with clients, ensuring their needs are met and assisting them through their therapeutic journey.

• Innovate creative intervention strategies that empower clients to set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with case managers, families, educational staff, and healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices and methodologies.

• Flexibly adapt to additional responsibilities as necessary to support team objectives and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with typically include diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
