Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote and leverages telehealth technology to reach clients. Clinicians will utilize virtual therapy platforms to conduct sessions, making services accessible to diverse populations across Salem, Oregon, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes healing and growth.

• Prepare and submit thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, within 24 hours to maintain accurate client records.

• Engage in structured peer case consultations to share insights, discuss complex cases, and enrich clinical practice.

• Maintain detailed records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing therapeutic support to adult individuals and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their coping strategies and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active independent license (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) to practice in the state of Oregon.

• Proficient in using virtual therapy platforms and comfortable navigating telehealth methodologies for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience in managing telehealth services, as well as familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based practices, is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
