Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to determine their mental health status and needs through virtual meetings.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that may incorporate various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, using telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and consistency.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, adjust therapeutic strategies, and equip them with practical tools and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population coping with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. We value a holistic approach to mental health and aim to provide culturally responsive care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of direct mental health counseling experience, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Exceptional understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience working effectively with diverse populations and demonstrating cultural competence in therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
