Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through our user-friendly telehealth platform, focusing on various therapeutic techniques aimed at supporting diverse client needs.

• Monitor and assess clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, nurses, and social workers to create effective intervention strategies tailored for each client.

• Conduct follow-up communications with hospital psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients requiring inpatient care, ensuring continuity of treatment.

• Identify behavioral patterns that could hinder recovery and develop interventions to address these challenges effectively.

• Support family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing the mental health challenges presented by their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Mental Health Counselor, preferably in a similar telehealth or remote role.

• Strong understanding of psychological principles and an in-depth knowledge of the effects and implications of treatments prescribed by medical professionals.

• Proficient interpersonal abilities, coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
