Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and emotional well-being, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans reflecting the unique needs and aspirations of each client, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate diverse therapeutic interventions, engaging clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through standardized assessments and qualitative feedback, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support strategies to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists and social workers to enhance the delivery of care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest developments and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
