Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to effectively understand clients’ concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and assessment.

• Document all therapeutic interventions and client progress meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients’ diverse needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
