Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs through clinical interviews, diagnostic tools, and ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally responsive and inclusive methods that promote healing and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to coordinate care and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.

• Train and support clients in developing coping mechanisms and life skills that enhance their mental health and improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
