Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Restoring Minds Behavioral Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a caseload of clients while building rapport and maintaining ethical professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, review treatment outcomes, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge plans.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized, person-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes for each individual client, ensuring compliance with relevant treatment standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitating weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engaging in regular supervision sessions to discuss challenges, insights, and advancements in clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth, so an understanding of adolescent mental health issues and developmental psychology is essential. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
