Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Spring Water Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring that our approach is both client-driven and evidence-based.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Monitoring client progress continuously and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
