This position operates in a completely remote setting, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working collaboratively with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you can focus on your clients during standard business hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the nature and intensity of their mood disorders, including depression and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to support clients effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, self-care strategies, and available treatment options.

• Document client sessions with accuracy to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, primarily individuals experiencing varying degrees of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your expertise will provide them the support and interventions necessary to navigate their challenges, with a focus on fostering resilience and improving overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Texas.

• Proven expertise in employing evidence-based treatment methods, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, facilitating efficient collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers.

• Outstanding communication skills with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will possess a track record of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders. Experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with integrated care models will be beneficial. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
