Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions via teletherapy, ensuring an empathetic approach that fosters a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to best meet client needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops, seminars, and supervision sessions, to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable the building of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle caseload and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is preferred to accommodate clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
