Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to ascertain client mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual goals and requirements, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Providing crisis intervention and support when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population comprises adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychoanalyst .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
\n
• A clean disciplinary history with no prior actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Experience with telehealth practices is preferable, as it will allow you to transition smoothly into our remote working model. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
