Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring comprehensive understanding and tailoring treatment to individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques suited to patients' unique situations and identified concerns.

• Prepare and manage essential documentation including treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.

• Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans as needed to support clients in achieving and maintaining their mental health goals.

• Create thorough discharge plans to ensure seamless transitions out of therapy when clients are ready.

• Stay informed and compliant with all relevant federal and state regulations, alongside adhering to NEHS policies to maintain professional standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to promote collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and required licensure maintenance activities.

Qualifications\n
