Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, enabling flexibility in your schedule while still providing high-level outpatient mental health care. You will operate within a collaborative framework that emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and mutual support among colleagues. While most sessions can be delivered virtually, you will also have the option to meet clients in our Tampa office as needed, providing a confidential and comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Offer flexibility in therapy methods including teletherapy options, addressing the diverse needs of clients who may prefer or require remote sessions.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all client records reflect current treatment practices accurately.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, exploring emerging practices to continuously enhance clinical skills and provide the highest quality of care.

Our Mental Health Counselors serve a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Florida.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a master's degree or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills proven to foster safe and trusting relationships with clients, allowing for open dialogue and successful therapeutic outcomes.

• Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrating an understanding of cultural competence in practice.

• A history of using evidence-based practices in therapy settings, particularly in outpatient practices.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and administrative requirements concurrently with strong organizational skills.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
