Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to establish a clear understanding of each client's mental health status and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to balance a varied caseload efficiently.

• No prior history of disciplinary actions on licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy and a solid understanding of digital therapy platforms will be advantageous as our center utilizes telehealth services extensively. Familiarity with treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy is highly desired. Previous work in outpatient settings is a plus, as it aligns with our client care model.
