This role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and a convenient work-life balance. While we do operate on regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand the need for adaptability based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing patients to ascertain individual needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address common mental health concerns, helping patients build essential coping skills and connect with others facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and emotional support to patients during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster a deeper understanding and engagement in their recovery process.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is required.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

• Practiced judgment and adherence to ethical standards and boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other computer applications relevant to the practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the mental health field, particularly in delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
