Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized screening tools to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and determine tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with clients' specific challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, discussing treatment options and progress during regular team meetings.

• Educate and support clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and fostering their active involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
