Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and employ clinical judgment to develop personalized treatment plans addressing each client's unique needs and challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more, using various therapeutic modalities.

• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Regularly document patient progress and treatment outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
