Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar clinical role, demonstrating expertise in managing individual and group therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience.
