Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, encompassing psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews as well as risk assessments to identify clients' needs.

• Collaborate with patients to craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals, preferred therapy approaches, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), across various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute distress, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective continuity of care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation—progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries—to meet clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver holistic care plans for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive client care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
