This role supports a hybrid work model, blending remote counseling with in-person sessions at our outpatient office located in Islip, NY. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, effectively identify issues, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize the latest DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) guidelines to set achievable treatment goals and apply clinically appropriate interventions.

• Implement a variety of counseling techniques for individuals, families, and groups, adopting a compassionate approach sensitive to diversity and multicultural dynamics.

• Forward proactive follow-ups and evaluate treatment effectiveness to continually refine clients' care management and support their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Water Edge Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $91,000 to $104,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
