This full-time position allows for remote work, providing you the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your home while also cultivating a warm, collaborative atmosphere in our outpatient office in Naperville, Illinois. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to determine their mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, ensuring integration of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support clients in developing effective coping strategies and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to provide holistic care and make appropriate referrals as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population facing a variety of challenges. This includes individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise in addressing these complex needs will be instrumental in contributing to positive client outcomes. Additionally, you will practice within a framework that emphasizes cultural competence, ensuring that therapy is inclusive and respectful of each client's background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid mental health counseling license, specifically LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating your capacity to handle a wide array of mental health disorders.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions effectively, with a focus on culturally responsive methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
