Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to comprehensively identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation, ensuring cultural relevance and personal engagement.

• Provide a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, effectively addressing varied mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a coordinated approach to care that encompasses all aspects of the patient's well-being.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support during acute distress situations, demonstrating exceptional clinical judgment and empathy.

• Participate in community outreach programs to elevate mental health awareness, educate the public, and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and facilitate therapeutic relationships.

• Strong cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from differing backgrounds and develop interventions that respect their unique experiences.

• Demonstrated organizational skills ensuring accurate, timely documentation of client progress in accordance with best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and experience working in community health settings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
