Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, particularly psychodynamic treatment modalities, to assist clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transitions.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing interactive and engaging counseling styles to foster client participation and growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, attending regular team meetings.

• Document all client interactions and progress in accordance with our policies and state regulations, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be grappling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar outpatient counseling setting.

• Demonstrated ability to provide depth-oriented and culturally-sensitive therapy, with an interest in integrating mindfulness techniques into your practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in therapeutic practices or specialty training in mindfulness or cultural diversity will be highly regarded. Experience in team-based mental health settings is also a plus, as it aligns with our collaborative approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
