Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities that support personal growth, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other approaches as appropriate.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and systematically monitor client progress towards achieving these goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to discuss their experiences, encouraging open communication and building trusting relationships.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation regarding clients' treatment plans and progress, in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Our focus is on providing individualized care that addresses the specific needs of each client, ensuring that everyone receives the attention and resources necessary for their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective, compassionate interactions with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate approach with a non-judgmental attitude, facilitating a secure space for clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, particularly in a remote setting, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to the mental health field.

• Previous work within a collaborative practice or interdisciplinary team is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes:
