Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis plans and risk assessments.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies that foster client wellness and recovery.

• Engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.

• Serve as a liaison among clients and relevant state agencies and community partners to facilitate coordinated care.

• Promote clear communication with all stakeholders to align with our organizational mission and contract obligations.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local, state, and private agencies to enhance service offerings and explore potential funding opportunities.

• Participate in personal and professional growth through workshops, conferences, and community representation.

• Embrace and promote the core values and philosophy of the Psychological Well-being Health Clinic in your day-to-day operations.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Clinic Director and overall team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at our clinic, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our patient population includes those dealing with mental health disorders, individuals in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. This role will provide you with the opportunity to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering growth and recovery in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health-related field is required.

• Independent LMHC licensure granted by the state board is mandatory for this position.
