Our center operates in a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients remotely. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, using culturally sensitive approaches to understand the unique experiences and needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and consider individual cultural contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients across various diagnoses.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, actively offering immediate support and resource referrals.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
