This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to provide care in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Virtual interactions with clients and team members take place primarily from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours required based on client scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use issues, ensuring the accurate identification of co-occurring disorders.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized and actionable treatment plans that align with their specific mental health and substance use needs, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to equip clients with essential coping strategies, skills for relapse prevention, and emotional regulation techniques.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to provide holistic treatment that addresses all facets of client care.

Qualifications\n
