Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from home while effectively engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. The role typically operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some evening hours required on a rotating basis to accommodate client appointments. As part of our integrated care model, you will collaborate closely with colleagues including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and nursing staff to maintain a seamless continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on individuals grappling with co-occurring disorders, including those experiencing both mental health challenges—such as anxiety, depression, and trauma—and substance use disorders. By providing personalized care and implementing evidence-based practices, you will help clients navigate their recovery journey, fostering resilience and promoting sustainable wellness.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

  Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
