Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health concerns, develop formal clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other practices tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate help to navigate these challenges.

• Maintain vigilant oversight of client records, ensuring that all documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhere to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality and security.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, fostering comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available in the community, while advocating for their rights and needs when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
