The typical workweek runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a consistent schedule for optimal work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' individual mental health and addiction treatment needs.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to the personalized goals of each client.

• Facilitate various forms of counseling—including individual, couples, and group therapy—using diverse therapeutic modalities aligned with client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, communicating regularly with medical professionals, social workers, and other counselors to enhance client outcomes.

• Ensure confidentiality and maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders and other related emotional crises. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
