Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific issues that need to be addressed.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, lead group therapy sessions to promote communal healing.

• Provide clients with the necessary tools and coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Offer referrals to specialty providers, such as psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals when required for optimal care.

• Document sessions and treatment progress in the EHR, ensuring all records meet compliance and confidentiality standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. Your approach will be culturally competent and responsive, ensuring that each individual feels understood and respected in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW within the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience is required.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
