Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments through detailed interviews, documenting each client's journey from the first consultation to the closure of treatment.

• Evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of clients using proven methodologies and assessments to identify treatment needs.

• Develop personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored for individuals, couples, families, and specific group settings, with an emphasis on client engagement.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques and interventions that enhance client learning and self-awareness.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans proactively in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Successful completion and passing score on the National Counselor Exam (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
