Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other behavioral health concerns. You will collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique cultural and personal needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A relevant advanced degree, such as a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth, trauma-informed care, or specialized populations (such as children or the elderly) will be favored. Experience in using electronic health record systems to document client interactions is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
