Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis and pre-crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools aligned with our clinical framework.

• Collaborate actively with multi-disciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that promote optimal client well-being.

• Engage in licensure and accreditation processes, serving as a key team member who contributes to organizational goals and client outcomes.

• Establish and nurture relationships with external agencies, stakeholders, and community partners, ensuring a robust network that enhances service delivery and identifies funding opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and representing the agency at conferences and state meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, behavioral issues, and developmental disabilities. Our approach is client-centered, aiming to provide applicable and relatable therapeutic interventions that resonate with their personal experiences and promote long-term recovery and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a mandatory requirement.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC license granted by the state board, demonstrating your qualified status to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
