Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, considering both psychological and medical factors that influence the patient’s mental wellbeing.

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that account for co-occurring conditions, utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide targeted individual and group therapy sessions that address diverse therapeutic needs, fostering a safe environment for patient growth and healing.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with medical providers to ensure coordinated patient care and positive treatment outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support and guidance for patients in distress.

• Educate clients on the interplay between mental health and physical health, empowering them to actively manage their conditions and improve their overall quality of life.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding and experience in addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse patient demographics and medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, reflecting experience and qualifications.
