Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique mental health needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and create comprehensive pre-crisis and crisis plans, tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools to guide clinical interventions and improve patient outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support strategies and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
\n
• Engage with relevant agency and community partners to enhance service delivery and pursue potential funding opportunities.
\n
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care within our organization.
\n
• Attend professional development opportunities, including conferences and training sessions, to stay current in the field and contribute to the growth of the organization.

• Foster effective communication with clients and stakeholders to support our mission of empowering individuals through person-driven programming.

• Assist the Clinic Director with additional duties and projects that align with the clinic's goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and other related disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
