Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing you to effectively balance your professional and personal life while providing essential services to our clients. You'll work flexible hours during normal business operations, specifically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The practice values a collaborative environment; though team interactions may occur virtually, regular meetings will ensure continuity in case management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and client interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, offering insights into treatment pathways and encouraging self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure adherence to therapeutic goals.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care, particularly for clients requiring psychopharmacological interventions.

• Engage in professional development and continuous learning to remain abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and collective clinical improvement.

• Advocate for clients by promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mood disorders, enhancing their access to necessary resources and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, providing the necessary support and guidance to address their unique concerns. This role involves creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel understood and empowered to embark on their journey toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities specific to mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration skills to work within an interdisciplinary team.

• Proven track record of achieving positive clinical outcomes in mood disorder treatment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
