Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments remotely to evaluate patients' emotional and psychological well-being, taking into account any underlying medical conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate behavioral health strategies with necessary medical interventions, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient’s unique background and needs.

• Collaborate continuously with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment efforts and monitor patient progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies via telehealth tools.

• Empower patients by educating them on the connections between their physical health and mental well-being, fostering a deeper understanding of their overall health status.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.

• Engage in regular team meetings and interdisciplinary care planning sessions to share case developments and best practices.

• Proactively stay informed regarding recent research, treatments, and advancements in integrated health care to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves individuals with complex mental health needs, including those simultaneously experiencing medical issues such as chronic illnesses or disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in providing mental health assessment and counseling for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly via digital platforms.

• Capability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• A collaborative spirit, demonstrating readiness to work within interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual mental health service delivery is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
