Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to assure integrated care for clients with complex needs.

• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing established protocols for crisis management.

• Engage in ongoing community outreach and educational efforts to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
